Use These Intense Orgasm Tips to Get Girls Completely “Addicted” to You In Bed…

Hey, it’s Craig, Gotham Club’s founder.

It’s week two of our brand-new series where adult film stars get to answer Gotham Club readers' most burning sex & relationship-related questions.

Yes, that's right(!).

We asked pornstars the questions you've been dying to have answered…. and they really delivered.

So today, Ember Snow and Ryder Skye are answering a question from Gotham Club readers.

Ember Snow is a prolific star in the industry, and is known as “America's porn sweetheart.”

Ryder Skye is also a prolific star in the industry, and recently released a line of clothing called Slutwear.

And today, Ember and Ryder are answering the following question for you:

What’s your secret to intense orgasms (for both male and female stars)?

Catch The Full Q&A Session Below…

Ember Snow:  “It's not really about me, as much as it is about what the other person is doing to me.

Once I feel that an orgasm is building, I try to not allow it to peak too quickly.

The more I hold on to it and allow it to build even more, the steeper the drop is, you know what I mean?

Ryder Skye: “Intense orgasms. Intense orgasms, specifically.

Everyone's so different as far as things specifically intense orgasms, everyone's very, very different, so it's hard to pin down one thing.

I always felt like one of those important things would be to pay attention to the other person.

I feel like knowing somebody and picking up on their basically how they react to certain things is the best way to get to know somebody really well, sexually.

The more you pay attention to them, the more you'll know exactly what to do, and you know, what kind of things the person likes.

I think that would probably be the best way to learn somebody and to know how to get them off.

Here’s A Step-By-Step Technique I Personally Use to Give Hot Girls EXPLOSIVE “Mega-O’s”…

Alright, so that’s all great advice up there…

… but I know “pay attention to the other person” and “get to know them sexually” might seem a *little* abstract…

… so let me give you something more specific that’s allowed me to give almost every woman I’ve been with EXTREMELY intense orgasms:

(His full name is Lawrence Lanoff… feel free to look up some of the videos he directed for “research purposes” if you’ve got a little more time on your hands right now… haha…)

Basically, this is the move he would use when he needed girls to have real orgasms on-camera…

… because it worked better than ANYTHING else (including oral, using giant toys or even deep, forceful penetration) to give girls intense, long-lasting O’s… that leave them shaking almost as if they had a seizure.

(I literally had to ask the first girl I tried this one if she was OK… she nearly fell off my bed!)

I think my favorite part is you DON’T need a giant d*ck to pull this off… just your hands and a few minutes of effort (less than 5 minutes a lot of the time)…

And did I mention sex feels A LOT better after you do this?

Having a G-Spot Orgasm

查看源图像
Despite reports over the years that have suggested the G-spot is a sexual Narnia—a mythical pleasure zone created to frustrate us all when we can't actually find it—we can confirm that this treasure chest truly exists.
“The G-spot is real, but it’s not actually a spot or button you can push,” says sex expert Jessica O’Reilly, Ph.D. "It’s a region of nerves and tissues along the upper wall of the vagina, a few centimeters to a few inches past your vaginal opening." For the record, around 30 percent of women claim they can climax from stimulation of the G-spot. But if penetration alone doesn't seem to give you the tingles, it can help to explore the area yourself first to help you find your G-spot: Put a small amount of lube on one or two fingers, and insert them into your vagina, palm facing up. Feel along the upper wall of the vagina (nearest the belly) for a rippled or textured surface that says “helloooooo!” when you stroke it.
Now for the fun stuff—hitting the G-spot during sex. “The most effective position for a lot of women is girl on top,” says O’Reilly. The reason: Tilting your body back slightly while straddling him allows the pressure of his penis to push right up against your vaginal wall—that hotbed for stimulation. It can help to put your hands on his thighs for support and then rock your hips to play around with depth, angle, and speed of penetration. Most guys can last longer in girl on top, too, (the back-and-forth penetration isn’t as stimulating for him as plunging in and out), which ups your odds for vaginal orgasm. Plus, he’s got easy access to your clitoris if you want to double the fun, says O’Reilly.
Feel along the upper wall of the vagina (nearest the belly) for a rippled or textured surface that says “helloooooo!” when you stroke it.
Not working? Make doggy style your next move. Kneel on all fours on the bed with your back slightly arched. (It may help to drop to your elbows since having your goods slightly higher than his penis can put him in better position to stroke the vaginal wall.)
All said and done, finding this pleasure zone isn’t easy, so if you get bored or frustrated, there’s no shame in throwing in the towel. “What’s interesting is that while the G-spot is real, not everybody loves it stroked, similar to how some of us like our feet touched and others don’t.”
Can't hurt to try it out to see if you are one of those people who likes it, though.

How To Find Your G-Spot So You Can Have The Strongest Orgasms Ever

The elusive G-spot is one of the most hotly debated areas when it comes to women's sexual health. But despite what you may have been told in your (less-than-great) seventh grade sex education class, the G-spot most definitely exists and is absolutely accessible.
"The G-spot is the urethral sponge hitting up against the vaginal wall," explains Carolanne Marcantonio, LMSW, a senior sex therapist and co-founder of Wise Therapy. "Similar to an erect penis, the sponge gets bigger when aroused, so you can find it better when you’re turned on."
That said, some people might think the G-spot doesn't exist simply because not every woman has one. Plus, the G-spot wraps around the urethra, which can make you feel like you need to pee and isn’t always pleasurable, says Marcantonio. So if you don’t like this sensation, no harm, no foul—just skip the G-spot when you play.

But if you've stumbled across your G-spot a few times and were like, "OMGGGG"—listen up. It's not just your G-spot that feels amazing. "When the G-spot is stimulated, it pushes against the mons pubis, which pushes against the clitoris and clitoral ligaments, which causes pleasure," says Marcantonio. "It’s all connected."
Now that you know the G-spot exists, how do you find it?
First things first, you need to know where to look. "The G-spot is about two inches in and one inch up inside of the vagina," says Taylor Sparks, erotic educator and founder of OrganicLoven.com. "But all women are different and you may need to go one inch up and to the right or left. This will take exploration and is best done with your fingers."
And while it's long been regarded as a bit of a human sexuality mystery, once you find it, you can unlock that ever-elusive dual vaginal and clitoral orgasm (yes!).
But how, exactly, do you find your G-spot? Some tips here:
Before you take your fingers on a spelunking mission, get into a sexy mood. When you're aroused, more blood rushes to your pelvic region and the spot becomes raised and easier to find. So light some candles, fantasize, fire up some feminist porn, or do whatever else you like.
Once you're all hot and bothered, Marcantonio recommends "inserting your finger(s) two to three inches up, curving the finger(s), and then rocking them towards the belly button."
If you're playing with a partner or a toy, you can also enter the vagina from behind, just keep the pressure pointing towards your belly button.
Your G-spot might feel rougher than other parts of your vagina, or feel like a ridged area, but that's not always the case. "There's no specific texture you need to be looking for," says Marcantonio. "The best way to find it is to experiment."
Once you find your G-spot (good job!), what should you do now?
Use firm, deep pressure to stroke the area. Try a rhythmic circular motion or more of an up-and-down technique, says Yvonne K. Fulbright, PhD, sexuality educator and author of Sultry Sex Talk to Seduce Any Lover. Another popular method is moving your fingers in a "come here" motion (kind of appropriate, right?).
Keep in mind that the G-spot isn't actually on the vaginal front wall. Instead, it's something you can feel through the center of the front wall, or a bit off to the left or right of the center. Since it's not right there, you may need more pressure than you think to hit the jackpot.

If you're struggling to find the G-spot with your fingers, or just want more pressure than your fingers can produce, Marcantonio recommends trying a curved non-vibrating sex toy, such as the stainless steel Njoy Pure Wand dildo. Pro tip: Lube up the toy before inserting it slowly and making a rocking motion towards your belly button. Also clutch: The 10 Best Vibrators To Hit That Sweet G-Spot Every Time.
If it's feeling good so far, increase the rhythm, and create a lot of friction as you go on to boost your chances of orgasm. "Stimulating the area will create sensations if it's a hot spot for you. Some people describe a warm, flushing feeling throughout their genitals and body," says Fulbright. "Others says they become a lot wetter." Even better, she says women have reported G-spot orgasms feeling fuller, more intense, more emotional, and more full-bodied than the clitoral variety. Of course, if you don't reach the Big O, but it feels crazy good anyway, that's awesome, too. Getting to know your body better is always a good thing.

Why You’re SO Insanely Horny On Your Period
"G-spot sensation also varies based on the menstrual cycle," says Marcantonio. In fact, "all pleasure spots can change as the body progresses through its cycle." So don’t freak out if the sensation changes throughout the month—that’s just your body doing its thing.
Can stimulating your G-spot help you squirt?
If you're interested in squirting, a.k.a. female ejaculation, tapping into your G-spot might be the way to go. While not everybody can squirt, and ejaculation does not equal orgasm, "G-spot stimulation is often encouraged in exploring one's potential to squirt since the ejaculate often occurs when a woman is peaking—not necessarily climaxing—during G-spot play," explains Fulbright.

How To Make Yourself Squirt During Sex
Female ejaculation comes from "the buildup of fluid in the urethral sponge," adds Marcantonio. If enough fluid builds up and is followed up by intense pressure (both on the G-spot and the clitoris), ejaculation can occur. It won’t always happen—and tbh, it depends on how hydrated you are—but if squirting excites you, it's definitely worth a try. Just, uh, remember to put a towel down before you play.
Are there any sex positions that stimulate the G-spot?
Glaaaad you asked. Generally speaking, positions that (a) give you more control over your movements (you on top) or (b) allow for deeper penetration (like doggy style) will increase your odds of a G-spot orgasm. More here: 10 Sex Positions That Will Hit Your G-Spot Every. Single. Time. Yeah, you're welcome.
Most importantly, remember that every body is different. So if your first attempt at G-spot stimulation isn’t a total success, just keep experimenting. After all, practice makes perfect, right?

SEX TOYS THAT WILL GET HER OFF EVERY TIME

Whether you’re in a long-term, short-term, or no relationship at all, you clicked on this article because you’re curious about ways to spice up your sex life. If you’ve ever wondered if your girl has faked an orgasm, we’re going to clue you in on something: Odds are very high she has. But don’t feel bad. “Only about 30 percent of women regularly orgasm with their partners,” says Tracey Cox, relationship expert and owner of Love Honey. But the easiest (and fastest) way to make her climax is by using a vibrator.

Here’s why: “Since the clitoris has the most nerve endings, it is the most sensitive spot and many women need sustained clitoral stimulation for an orgasm,” says Claire Cavanah, co-founder of Babeland and co-author of Moregasm: Babeland’s Guide to Mind-Blowing Sex and Sex Toys 101. Most, if not all, vibrators—especially the ones we rounded up here—are specifically designed to pleasure her in a way that proves to be orgasmic.

And if you think you’re being “replaced,” think again. Incorporating toys encourages couples to communicate during those deep moments of intimate (and possibly even awkward) penetration. This allows you to fully understand your partner’s sexual needs, thus increasing intimacy and even sexual performance. “Sex is good for us, both physically and mentally,” Cox adds. “It decreases stress, boosts the immune system, and gives us a sense of wellbeing.“

So, introduce one (or more) of these 10 sex toys into your sex life.

WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO MAKE SHOWER SEX WORK?

Shower sex is tricky because it’s awfully difficult to find a position that works that isn’t uncomfortable—usually for her. (Sorry, guys, those acrobatic porn shower scenes aren’t usually fun for the ladies.) And it’s tough to put a condom on a wet penis, compounded by the risk that it could slip off or break. Honestly, your best move is to keep your shower sex an oral affair. Besides, when she’s nice and clean, there’s a good chance she’ll enjoy it more.

But if you’re hell-bent on going all the way in the shower, follow these steps: 1) Put the condom on before getting in. 2) Use a silicone-based lubricant (such as Astroglide) that won’t wash off as easily in water. 3) Don’t consider soap, lotion, or bath gel makeshift lube—they can seriously irritate your lady and, if they’re oil-based, weaken condoms. 4) Choose a position where you can both anchor yourselves—her leaning against the wall facing you, or standing doggystyle so you can both have your hands against the tiles.

Oh, and don’t grab a shower rod that isn’t firmly bolted to the wall.

Is It Possible to Have a ‘Peegasm’ from Holding Your Pee?

Women Orgasms 的图像结果
Sometimes it's just not possible to use the bathroom-a long road trip, a wedding ceremony, a work meeting-and you've got to hold it in. But when you finally do get a chance to pee it's a relief-so much so that people are purposely holding in their bladders to feel a "peegasm" sensation.

A Reddit thread went viral after the original poster asked if anyone gets "mini orgasms from peeing after holding it in?" Dozens of other users responded with their own experiences, with one saying it "feels like a sensational whole body massage."

People Health Squad member Mary Jane Minkin, M.D., a board-certified ob-gyn at Yale University School of Medicine, says it's certainly possible that releasing urine after a long period of time leads to a stimulation of pelvic nerves.

"I think that's certainly a possibility," Dr. Minkin tells People. "It could feel like an orgasmic response." But there are also minor-but potential-health hazards from holding it in, she adds.
Women Orgasms 的图像结果
"I'm all for something that makes people feel good, but not if there are some harmful effects," says Dr. Minkin. Much like staying in a wet bathing suit or sweaty workout clothes, waiting to pee can cause a yeast infection.

"If there's an infection brewing and you're not voiding frequently to get rid of the bugs that are potentially in the bladder, that's certainly a potential issue." Waiting to use the bathroom can also alter the bladder musculature, but overall, "holding it for an extra 30 minutes is not going to be a big problem."

Still, Dr. Minkin says she can't recommend anything that could cause a health issue. "Since there are these potential issues, why not have an orgasm through a better way?" she says. "Have sex, or use a vibrator. Why not use something like that instead of waiting for your bladder to bust?"

7 Health Benefits of Having an Orgasm

Women Orgasms 的图像结果
Hell yes! Turns out, a big O a day may be as useful of an Rx as an apple a day. From lower stress to more happy hormones to a stronger immune system, the benefits of orgasm go far beyond feeling more connected to your partner (although that’s a big win, too).

Read up before you strip down, then go on and test the benefits of orgasm yourself. (Before we jump right in, here are five things everyone needs to know about sex and dating, according to a relationship therapist.)
You'll Boost Your Immune System

Screw Emergen-C: Sex is the best way to prevent the common cold. Past research has shown that one of the big benefits of orgasm is that it boosts your immune system. A study of college students showed that those who had sex once or twice a week had immunoglobulin levels 30 percent higher than those who were abstinent. Just maybe don't have sex when you're sick...nobody wants to sneeze mid-romp and spread those germs around.

Your Pain Threshold Will Be Higher

You may not orgasm every single time you have sex, and that's totally fine. (Although, can we get a slow clap for this woman who made a resolution to have more Os with her partner?) Here's one reason to go for gold anyway: Another benefit of orgasm is that it produces a pain-blocking effect, so you won't be as sensitive to pain (like when you accidentally stub your toe on the way to the bathroom), says Dr. Beverly Whipple, a sex educator, researcher, counselor, and coauthor of The G Spot and Other Discoveries About Human Sexuality.

That said, there is one exception: "Women who eat a diet high in spicy foods don't always get the pain-blocking benefit because the capsaicin found in chili peppers prevents it from occurring," says Whipple. In other words, lay off the hot stuff. (If you want to spice it up in the bedroom instead, consider trying one of these best sex positions for your zodiac sign.)

You May Live Longer
vWomen Orgasms 的图像结果
A study conducted in South Wales over the course of 10 years examined the relationship between the frequency of orgasm and mortality among middle-aged men, who were asked about their physical health in addition to the frequency of orgasms. At the 10-year follow-up, they found that those who had two or more orgasms a week had a 50 percent lower mortality risk than those who had less-frequent orgasms. Studies that have since followed have shown a positive association between sexual intercourse and women's longevity as well, so keep on keepin' on. (DYK your relationship status can also help predict your lifespan?)

You'll Help Regulate Your Cycle

A Planned Parenthood report showed that several studies have linked regular sex—meaning once or twice a non-menstruating week—to more regular periods, along with relief from menstrual cramps when it's that time of the month. Translation: Get busy now so you can Netflix and actually chill later. (If your period is all over the place, one of these things could be causing your irregular cycle.)

You'll Feel Happier

No shocker here, though it's always nice to have a little scientific research to back this up: People who regularly have sex—orgasm or not—are happier, according to a study in the Journal of Psychosomatic Research. The researchers looked at 4,000 women in the U.S. and examined their mood, sexuality, and menstrual cycle. They found strong links between sexual interest and an overall sense of well-being. And those who had higher senses of well-being also had a stronger sex drive and overall higher quality of life. You Could Be More Likely to Conceive

For those trying to start a family, timing can play a crucial role: In a report in the Archives of Sexual Behavior, women who have orgasms during sex after their male partner's orgasm retained more sperm than those who never hit the big O or hit it before their partner. Researchers say it likely has to do with the release of oxytocin that occurs as a benefit of orgasm. But that's not all: Dr. Whipple says that sex can also help create a healthy pregnancy overall, and has been proven to help more women carry to term.

You May Lose Weight

A study published in the Journal of Sex & Marital Therapy showed that frequent intercourse and sexual activity, whether with a partner or solo, has been connected to a smaller hip and waist circumference for both men and women. On top of feeling fierce AF, that also means getting busy can help lower your risk for serious health issues like heart disease and type 2 diabetes. (Now try these sex positions that double as exercise to get started.)
