Erotic hypnosis. Erotic hypnosis refers to people who enjoy the process of hypnosis for sexual purposes. This does not include hypnotherapy for the sake of improving a person’s sex life, which is a totally different thing.

Actual. Ultimately, erotic hypnosis falls into two categories: actual and fantasy. As far as actual hypnosis for sexual purposes goes, usually the intention is to lower a person’s inhibitions or establish dominant relationships with the assistance of hypnosis.

Suggestion. One of the methods of erotic hypnosis is to use trigger words for the sake of post hypnotic suggestion. A person might program the subject to perform a certain sexual act when a trigger word is used or take on a certain role for roleplaying.

Types of suggestion. Therapeutic suggestions have included things like improved orgasms and even increased breast size. Some people use it to help them overcome fears surrounding certain sex acts like fellatio.

Personality transformation. So-called personality transformation hypnosis puts one of the players in the sexual encounter into the mind of a character or role. Sometimes fetishes such as incest role-play are acted out through this type of hypnosis.

Sleepy sex. Hypnotism has also been associated with so-called sleepy sex, which is sex that takes place when one partner is asleep, or pretending to be. In some cases, a partner will be put into a trance state like sleep.

Here he writes a warning about your hypnosis partner and trust: "Obviously, any sort of hypnosis should be done with one’s trance partner’s best interests in mind. When someone agrees to be a trance partner, they are agreeing to surrender a most precious thing, their critical factor (although the hidden observer is still present) and are agreeing to do so with the implied construct that you treat them well and that all suggestions are for their benefit.”

Erogenous. Another common type of hypnosis creates new erogenous zones on a person’s body. So, for instance, a person can be hypnotized so that simply touching their hands is orgasmic.
